Study On The Legal Issues Of Biodiversity Protection In China-laos And China-myanmar Transboundary Protected Areas

Biodiversity conservation has become a common concern of mankind.With the increasing need for regional cooperation,more and more attention has been paid to the protection of trans-boundary biodiversity.And the establishment of cooperation platform for trans-boundary nature reserves has become a new approach for biodiversity conservation.This paper analyzes the current situation of biodiversity protection in transboundary protected areas between China-Laos and China-Myanmar.The main problems of biodiversity conservation in transboundary protected areas are summarized,including unreasonable management mechanism,serious habitat fragmentation and imperfect ecological compensation mechanism of wildlife.And summarizes the main problems in the existing legal system of biodiversity protection in transboundary protected areas,including the imperfect legal system,the lack of law enforcement and supervision agencies and the imperfect dispute settlement mechanism in transboundary protected areas.Therefore,by defining the concept of transboundary protected areas and summarizing the current status and characteristics of biodiversity conservation in China,Laos and Myanmar,the paper expounds the feasibility and necessity of transboundary biodiversity conservation.First of all,I would like to learn the experiences of other countries to offer suggestions for the establishment of a transboundary biodiversity protection platform between China,-Laos and China-Myanmar.Second,this paper explains how to improve the legal system of biodiversity protection on the macro level.Finally,in order to promote the international cooperation of biodiversity conservation in transboundary protected areas,this article puts forward the idea of establishing biodiversity corridor.And i hope that on the basis of perfecting the legal system,promoting public participation in dispute settlement mechanism,maintaining and improving the biodiversity corridor construction could to realize the goal of ecological protection and real economic interests of the three countries together.And help to solve and perfect various threats that posed by environmental problems.
