| It is a fine tradition of the Communist Party of China to attach importance to the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers and adhere to the party’s overall leadership of rural work.In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward the need to "firmly implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization",and the strategy of Rural Revitalization is an important strategic decision for the party to solve the "three rural issues" in the new era.Under the new historical background,it is imperative to strengthen the party’s overall guidance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.In this paper,the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the starting point,Tongren City,"the people’s party building" as an example,study in the new era of Rural Revitalization Strategy background to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations.In the introduction part of the first chapter,the author expounds the relevant background and research significance,summarizes the relevant discussions about the strategy of rural revitalization,the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations and the construction of the Communist Party of China in the academic circles,and defines the relevant concepts and basic contents of the strategy of rural revitalization and the construction of the "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in Tongren City;The second chapter mainly discusses the importance and necessity of continuing to promote "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in the new era,explains that the strategy of Rural Revitalization and "Party Construction of the people’s heart" are both based on the people as the center,and emphasizes that the value pursuit of rural revitalization and "Party Construction of the people’s heart" is consistent,then from five aspects,the paper explains the importance of the implementation of the "Party Construction of the people’s heart",and from the development and Realization of the five goals of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,summarizes that strengthening the "Party Construction of the people’s heart" is the necessary guarantee to realize the Rural Revitalization;In the third chapter,on the basis of introducing the general situation of the implementation of the "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in Tongren City,the author affirms that the "three major changes" have been made since the implementation of the "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in Tongren City,and points out the shortcomings of its development,and analyzes the reasons in detail;The fourth chapter puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects: strengthening the ideological education,ensuring the talent team,implementing the guarantee mechanism and innovating the work carrier,aiming to provide guidance for the development and implementation of the "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in Tongren City,so as to better promote the Rural Revitalization of Tongren City.From the perspective of the rural rejuvenation strategy,the author studies the construction of rural party organizations at the grass-roots level,and holds fast to the development trend of The Times.Taking "Party Construction of the people’s heart" in Tongren City as the concrete research carrier,it aims at building the base-level party organizations’ fighting fortress,so as to better lead the rural rejuvenation,and also provides a reference for other regions to promote the party building work.Its reality is even more obvious. |
