| Economic security is the foundation of national security and an important part of the overall security of the country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,based on the international economic development situation and the needs of domestic economic security,adheres to the top-level design,and,based on the characteristics of the times,puts forward a series of new ideas and new demands for maintaining national economic security,and forms a system of systematic concepts of economic security.It deeply embodies the new meaning of Xi’s economic security strategy and provides strategic guidance for the economic security work of the country in the new era.This paper mainly studies Xi Jinping’s view of economic security from five aspects.The first part: Discusses the relevant concepts,ideological resources and realistic background of Xi Jinping’s economic security concept.Xi Jinping’s view of economic security is based on practice,long-term perspective,adhere to the bottom line thinking,advocating the improvement of the quality of economic development,to prevent and resolve systemic economic security risks of new ideas,new opinions,new requirements.In theory,we have absorbed and learned from the concepts of Marxism,Chinese Marxism,traditional Chinese culture and foreign economic security,and in practice,based on the two major situations at home and abroad,and formed Xi Jinping’s concept of economic security according to realistic needs and characteristics of the times.The second part: The process of forming Xi Jinping’s economic security view is analyzed.Xi Jinping’s view of economic security,which originated in his youth and in the early period of local work,was formed in the exploration and accumulation of the 18 th to 19 th Congress,and developed in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics since the 19 th National Congress to maintain the real needs of maintaining national economic security.Part III: This paper expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping’s economic security view,which is the focus and difficulty of this paper.Based on the relevant concepts of Xi Jinping’s economic security concept,this part expounds the main contents of Xi’s economic security view from the aspects of strategic position,basic principles,main tasks and specific ways by analyzing and studying Xi’s important speech escloser and policy documents on economic security.Part IV: Expounds the theoretical characteristics of Xi Jinping’s view of economic security.Based on the analysis of the main contents of Xi Jinping’s economic security view,this part expounds its theoretical characteristics from the aspects of logic main line,basic characteristics and value claims.Part V: Summarizes the value of Xi Jinping’s economic security concept.Among them,in theory,the basic connotation of Marxist economic security concept is enriched and developed,and in practice it provides strategic guidance for the construction of national economic system,and provides Chinese wisdom for the development of the international economic governance system. |
