Economic globalization, as a result of highly advanced technology and the development of social production force, has become a major characteristic and historical trend of the current world, promoting a better flow and allocation of resources within the whole world. However, globalization also brings with it some unfavorable things, such as world economic instability, challenges to sovereignty and traditional beliefs, enlarging of the gap between the rich and the poor, and thus increases the risk of a nation's economy and development. Under these circumstances, the problem of national economic security arises. National economic security means a situation in which a country can operate and develop its economy smoothly with no possible danger or damage from external forces. It requires the ability of adapting to the external environment changes and developing economy stably and sustainably.Economic globalization has different influences on different countries. Developing countries mostly benefit little from globalization owing to its market imperfections, slow pace in establishing a social security system, etc. But most of the developed countries gain a lot from globalization. They expand their capital to the whole world and exploit profits from other nations, thus consolidate and enhance their advantageous competitive status. Our country, as a developing country, is also facing the intimidations of economy globalization, mainly from following fields: financial security, network and information security, national industry security, strategic resources security and ecology security. In order to maintain our nation's economic security and provide a good external developing environment, we must set up a cubic national economic security protecting mechanism, including establishing institutional advantage, enhancing comprehensive national power and national competitiveness, friendly to neighbor states, promoting regional cooperation; constructing new international economy order, seeking a "cooperate security" road.
