In recent years,the drug problem in China and the world has become increasingly serious.Nowadays,due to the spread of the drug problem,the state,government and social organizations have begun to focus on drug control and rehabilitation.In addition to the state’s responsibility for drug control,the people should also take up their due responsibilities.Compulsory isolation treatment,one of the drug treatment methods prescribed by the state,has an important help for drug users to quit drug addiction,return to society,and maintain social peace.However,all things have advantages and disadvantages.The enforced work model has shortcomings in humanized care and differentiated help.Its more concern is to correct people’s wrongs.The concept of social work is humanitarianism and helping others.This can well supplement and support the work of compulsory isolation for drug treatment and give full play to the professional advantages of social work.The service object of this study is the drug treatment personnel in the forced isolation treatment center in City L.Under the guidance of social work values,interviews and observations are used to provide case services for drug treatment personnel to help them solve specific problems.At the same time,in the process of intervention,we will deeply understand the actual problems of compulsory isolation drug users and explore the causes of the problems,so as to analyze the uniqueness and in-depth needs of the compulsory isolation drug users.In the process of combining the theoretical knowledge and practice of social work majors,we explored the service model for the strong guards.In order to promote the better implementation of compulsory isolation drug treatment,and to better help the socialization of compulsory isolation drug treatment personnel,this article intervenes in the professional practice of compulsory isolation drug treatment through case work,and explores the value and participation space of social work in this field for the case work Intervene in this field to make more feasible and reasonable suggestions.This study believes that case work is an important supplementary force in compulsory isolation and detoxification work,and plays an auxiliary role.In response to the specific problems of drug addicts,case workers can provide effective assistance in irrational belief transformation,deviation cognition correction,and improvement of their own abilities,so that drug addicts ’willingness and confidence in drug treatment can be significantly strengthened,thereby promoting forced isolation Development of work.Case work can provide beneficial help in drug addiction withdrawal,physical and mental health recovery,personal growth and social return.
