The case work is the source of social work development,which originated from the 17th century British and American religious groups and government agencie' relief for poverty.After hundreds of years of development,it has been fully developed.In recent years,China's drug problem has became more and more serious,the drug use group has become increasingly large,and the problem of drug abuse has aroused wide concern in the whole society The "Anti-drug Law of the People's Republic of China"clearly stipulates that the state adopts various measures to help drug addicts kick the habit,education and the rescue of drug addicts.Compulsory isolation detoxification is one of the major rehabilitation measures in our country,along with our country's legal constantly improve,compulsory isolation detoxification system is increasingly perfect,rehabilitation work patterns also changed,pay more attention to humanized management of drug users.The introduction of social work into the compulsory isolation of drug addiction,and more can demonstrate the education of compulsory isolation.At present the study of anti-drug social work is given priority to with the social work intervention in community rehabilitation community rehabilitation,and introducing social work compulsory isolation detoxification places first appeared in 2014,belongs to new things,a handful of existing research results,And most of it is to discuss its feasibility and necessity,or to sort out the laws and regulations,and the results of the special case work in the compulsory isolation of drug treatment are few and far between.This paper takes the case of forced isolation detoxification sector of Enping city,using action research method,participatory observation,semi-structured interview method,case study and questionnaire investigation,comprehensively discusses the applying case work to discuss the necessity and feasibility of compulsory isolation detoxification,processes,problems and coping strategies.This paper argues that case work idea in accordance with the drug laws of the People's Republic of China education and save the concept of addicts,applying case work to compulsory isolation detoxification,can effectively help addicts to solve psychological problems,family problems,etc.,at the same time also can effectively link a variety of social resources,targeted to provide different services,addicts,therefore,forced isolation in rehab work method is feasible and necessary to use case.In the concrete practice,case work program was prepared to receive case,case and build relationships,and problem analysis and service plan,implementation plan,and evaluation of end and return visit regularly,if there are other problems in the process of service,social workers need to adjust the work plan to ensure work smoothly and achieve good results.Practice has proved that in forced isolation rehab use case work can effectively help solve psychological problems,improve the drug addicts personnel family support,and social resources for links to a variety of addicts,to a certain extent,improve the service level of rehab,alleviate the pressure discipline of police work.The application of case work to compulsory isolation is also faced with some practical problems.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
