Along with the increase in drug users and the development trend that the age of people addicted to drug tends to be lower, juvenile drug-addiction has got much concern of the academia both domestic and abroad. Teenagers are during the immature period both in psychology and physiology; they start to use drugs blindly before forming a correct understanding of that, which contributes to some bad consequences. In general, their guardian is hard to keep a timely eye out for changes in them, and always know the truth that drug problems start at extremely earlier days among their kids after the undesirable consequences have been caused. Juvenile drug users can effectively break their addictions by receiving two years of education in drug rehabilitation center, but the relapse problem is still serious after they are released, it is common that many people have undergone several treatment processes before succeeding in ending their addictions. Considering the particularity of juvenile psychology, if they are not given positive and proper guidance in drug rehabilitation center, they will not realize the negative influence their addicting behaviors have had on their families and society.They will think that there is no need to break the addiction and lack the self-confidence to get it done as well. If things continue this way, their normal socialization and social inclusion must be influenced greatly and it is going to be more difficult for them to return to society.Based on rational-emotive therapy, choosing L in H drug rehabilitation center in Wuhan as the representative case, this paper takes intervention in terms of “Not guilty for drug use” and “Hopeless for drug rehabilitation” respectively. The former cognition is produced by the misconception of case client for new-type drugs, addicting-behaviors and state laws, the main task in this stage is to let client realize His own bias in cognition and get accustomed to the life in drug rehabilitation center, it belongs to the part of passive intervention. The latter is caused by the misunderstand for self-potential, experiences of others and obstacles in the future, the primary mission in this stage is to assist client tap his potential, treat others' experiences right and treat the difficulties ahead rationally, and to help him be well prepared for the future. It belongs to the active involvement ofintervention.In this paper, the main conclusions are as follows: the rational emotional therapy can be applied to the drug in adolescent cognitive change; Case work to be focused on youth in compulsory isolation detoxification in rehab problem effectively; when intervening teenagers irrational belief the affection factors need to be considered.
