| With the contradiction of economic development and land supply and demand,land illegal behavior and illegal subject tend to diversify and complicate day by day.It is difficult to implement the new requirements of law enforcement through the traditional methods of dynamic inspection,petition and reporting.Information management,with remote sensing monitoring as its main form,has a rapid,accurate,real-time and large-scale earth observation capability and a strong ability to process,process and analyze space information.Therefore,it is gradually used in land law enforcement inspection and becomes an effective way to solve law enforcement problems.Based on the current application of 3S technology,especially GPS and GIS,in land law enforcement monitoring,this paper analyzes the macro policies,objectives and operational advantages of land information management and analyzes the current development of land information management in Jxian County.From the internal and external reasons,the paper analyzes the problems of incomplete basic information,uncoordinated operation,loopholes in supervision and low penetration rate.According to the internal and external reasons of the uncoordinated operation of the land information management mechanism in J County,the paper puts forward some measures to improve the basic information,coordinate the operation mechanism,strengthen the supervision,and intensify the publicity.The author of this article believes that promoting innovation in land and resources administration through information technology and promoting comprehensive and standardized law enforcement and supervision has become the only way for the scientific development of land and resources management,and using the wave of building smart cities to build smart land platforms.The effective integration of land information management into social collaborative governance will effectively improve the efficiency of land law enforcement and supervision. |
