Research On The Coordination Of The Grass-roots Government And The Social Forces To Prevent Left-behind Juvenile Delinquency

Under the impact of the contradiction between the urbanization process and the“issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,left-behind children,which makes the society helpless have emerged.As a group of elder-left-behind children,the crime of left-behind youth is increasing year by year.The state and governments at all levels have done a lot of work for left-behind children to prevent juvenile delinquency,especially the grass roots governments have made a series of achievements.However,it is difficult to cope with the changes in the external environment of youth growth only by the management of the grass-roots government,left behind families,schools or society.Therefore,it is imperative to realize the cooperative governance of juvenile delinquency prevention.We take area A as an example to analyze the government’s crime prevention work in ideological education,rights and interests protection,capital investment,environmental purification and so on.However,the prevention work has not been implemented due to the large quantity of left-behind children,the lack of coordination ability,inadequate care mechanism and insufficient cooperation.By drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign cooperation and taking the problems at the current stage of government’s crime prevention work as the guide,we have explored countermeasures for preventing grass-roots youth crimes by coordinating forces among families,schools,and society.
