Research On The Promotion Of Rural E-commerce By Government In Heze

In recent years,e-commerce has been developing vigorously in rural areas of Our country.It has had a profound impact on the economic and social development of rural areas.The government attaches great importance to the development of rural e-commerce.Policies and measures have been introduced from central to local governments to encourage the development of rural e-commerce.Scholars have also done a lot of research on how the government promotes the development of rural e-commerce.How to effectively play the role of the visible hand of the government,cooperate with the invisible hand of the market,and give full play to the economic functions of the government is an important factor to promote the healthy and rapid development of rural e-commerce.At present,the rural e-commerce in China has entered a stage of rapid development,but the situation of different regions is not the same.Therefore,local governments should combine the local actual situation,formulate practical and effective measures,and give full play to the role of the government in the market development,so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of local rural e-commerce.As far as Heze is concerned,in recent years,the government has increased its support for the development of rural e-commerce and taken various measures to promote its development.Although some progress has been made,the government still has some problems in promoting the development of rural e-commerce.The role of the government has not been fully played,and there are still some areas to be improved.This paper takes the promotion of rural e-commerce by government in Heze as the research object.The content is composed of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.In this part,the research background of this paper is put forward,the significance of the research is clarified,the existing research results of scholars at home and abroad are summarized,and the research contents and methods of this paper are put forward.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis,mainly defining the concepts of e-commerce,rural e-commerce,Taobao village and Taobao town,and elaborating the theory of the relationship between government and market and the theory of service-oriented government,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research of this paper.The third chapter is the measures and results of Heze government to promote the development of rural e-commerce,mainly introduces the background of Heze rural e-commerce development,and analyzes the measures and achievements of Heze government to develop rural e-commerce.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the existing problems and causes of Heze government to promote the development of rural e-commerce.Through the previous analysis of the measures and effects of Heze government to promote the development of rural e-commerce,this part puts forward the existing problems in the process of developing rural e-commerce in Heze,and analyzes the causes of the problems..The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions for Heze government to further promote the development of rural e-commerce.According to the comprehensive analysis of the role of government in the development of rural e-commerce in Heze,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural e-commerce from four aspects:transforming functions and roles,strengthening planning and guidance,improving the level of public services,and strengthening market supervision and management,so as to provide reference for Heze to optimize the role of government to promote the healthy and rapid development of rural e-commerce.It also provides reference for other similar underdeveloped areas in China to develop rural e-commerce.
