Legal Regulation Of Network Social Governance Technology

The rapid development of Internet technology has promoted the emergence of emerging social forms,and humanity has entered a new stage of network social development.In essence,the network society is a new type of social relationship formed by citizens,legal persons and other organizations based on Internet technology.It is a comprehensive reflection and extension of real politics,economy,culture and market.The network society and the real society differ in terms of interpersonal communication,physical space and time,and network power development.It summarizes the current technical methods of network social governance in China:the network technology embedded in the code,the identity authentication technology,the interrupt screening filtering technology and its legal regulation analysis,and finds that there are heavy administrative rights protection and heavy behaviorism in the network social governance technical regulation.The problem of light technical architecture;the legislation has fragmentation of legislation,the passive timing of legislation,and the lack of legislative concepts;there is a lack of overall strategic planning and the prevalence of "one size fits all" sports governance.In order to overcome this kind of governance dilemma,the government must pay attention to the legalization of legal means by means of legal governance.It is necessary to use the value of the law and related legal governance methods to incorporate the network social governance technology into the scope of the rule of law and the operational track,and respect the development of the network society itself.Regularity,correctly handle the relationship between the rule of law and network technology,and finally form the rule of law model of network social governance,and promote the modernization of network social governance system and governance capacity.
