Under the background of big data,all walks of life are experiencing the impact of intelligence,especially China’s agriculture which is changing from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.And Chinese government also puts forward to promote Rural Revitalization and develop modern agriculture of the large-scale operation.So in this context,land circulation is needed.But with the rural labor force in China begining to drain a lot because of the economic development,the land circulation still exists the problem of land desolation and fragmentation.Based on above reasons,many scholars begin to study what factors are hindering the land transferring.Most scholars study them from the aspects of land property rights,land market,social security system and non-agricultural employment instability.But only several scholars have studied the impact of female non-agricultural employment on land circulation,and they analyzed it from the perspective of married women’s non-agricultural employment,rather than from the perspective of all female labor force in the family.In addition,more and more rural women are beginning to go out for employment.So it is important to study the impact of women’s non-agricultural employment on land circulation.And it is also important to formulate policies on rural women’s going out for employment and social security lately.Therefore,this paper uses the CFPS data of 2018 released in 2020 to study the impact of female non-agricultural employment on land circulation through probit model and instrumental variable method.There are five chapters in all.The first chapter is the brief introduction of this paper,consistting of the background,significance,methods,and also the innovation and deficiencies.The second chapter presents the definition of concept and literature review.The definition of concept mainly expounds the general definition of women of huosehold,non-agricultural employment and land transfer;The literature review mainly includes the research literature of the female non-agricultural employment,the non-agricultural employment and the land transfer.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis.In this chapter,firstly,the paper studies the influence of non-agricultural employment of female households without eliminating endogeneity.It is concluded that the non-agricultural employment of female can significantly promote land transfer;secondly,the tool variable is selected to eliminate endogenous influence;thirdly,the heterogeneity analysis is carried out from the perspective of the the average education years of the family and the area;in additon,this paper campares the impact of male and female non-agriculture employment to labor transfer;finally,the infulence of of land social security function is studied.The fifth chapter presents the conclusion and policy suggestions.It is summarized on the basis of the previous chapters.The relevant policy suggestions are as follows:(1)it is necessary to create a more suitable,favorable and fair non-agricultural employment environment for rural female labor force.(2)It is necessary to strengthen the inclination of rural education resources and improve the level of rural education.(3)The economic development of the western region needs to be strengthened.(4)It is necessary to resolve the conflict between the new rural cooperative system and the policy of farmland transfer,and further promote the land exchange policy.
