| The various public crises faced by China in the new era have brought many challenges to urban community governance.How to better implement public crisis governance in urban communities is an important issue for my country ’ s grassroots governance.Taking Wuhan S community as a typical case,the crisis management situation of urban communities under the background of the new crown pneumonia epidemic is studied through empirical methods.The study found that there are deficiencies in the organizational system and governance concepts in the public crisis governance of the S community.Research believes that the current community public crisis governance requires the participation of the government,enterprises,social organizations,media,community residents and other social groups,and appropriate governance mechanisms need to be formulated in the crisis early warning,handling and aftermath stages.At the same time,based on the experience of public crisis management in foreign communities,four countermeasures are proposed to establish the concept of collaborative governance,improve the organization and management system,improve the crisis management plan,and improve the awareness of residents,in order to realize the public crisis management capabilities of urban communities in my country.Significantly improve,consolidate the stability of the city and promote the harmonious development of the society,and ultimately contribute to the modernization of the governance capacity of the national governance system. |
