A Study On The Path Of Social Work Intervention In Community Endowment Service

The coming of the aging society brings many opportunities and challenges to the social development of our country.On the one hand,it promotes the development of the old-age service industry,and provides employment opportunities for the workers engaged in this industry,and brings economic benefits;On the other hand,it also affects the " demographic dividend" of the whole society,and poses a greater challenge to the economic construction of our country,and the whole service industry for the aged.Therefore,how to provide for the aged is one of the livelihood problems to be solved urgently in our country.The smooth solution of the problem is the key to the transformation of the government's role,the construction of a service-oriented government and the construction of a welfare society.However,the traditional way of providing for the aged has been unable to meet the needs of the elderly,coupled with the transfer of the administrative functions of the government to the society,the introduction of social forces in old-age services has become the mainstream form of old-age care.In this paper,the author adopts three research methods: literature analysis,interview and field observation,to study and analyze the "social work volunteer project" in community C.First of all,by consulting the relevant literature,to understand the scholars' views on this issue,find out the research direction;Secondly,the feasibility of Social Work intervention in C community from three aspects: policy support,social organization support and Social Work professional advantage was analyzed.Thirdly,the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in C community are analyzed from the angle of social background and government policy.Finally,the author used the effectiveness in the implementation of the project to reflect the shortcomings,combining with the actual situation in the C community.Some suggestions are put forward from the following three aspects: the self-construction of Social worker,the subject construction of Social Work,and the macro policy.And some suggestions may be put forward to carry out community pension activities in the future and to promote the social work in China to intervene in the development process of communitypension services,to help solve the problem of supporting the aged.
