Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Grass Roots Party Organizations In Nationalunity Demonstration

Ideological and political work is the lifeline of economic work and all other work,and is the heirloom of the Communist Party of China.The ideological and political work of rural grassroots party organizations is an important part of the party’s ideological and political work.It is an important link to do a good job in Rural Ideological and political work.It is also an important work to realize the Rural Revitalization Strategy,"two centenary" goals,national unity and progress,and the construction of grassroots party organizations.In recent years,the construction of national unity and progress model villages has been promoted rapidly,and the grass-roots party organizations have played a key leading role.Their ideological and political work has provided ideological guarantee,political guarantee and direction guarantee for the construction of model villages.Through literature research,it is found that there are relatively few researches on the ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration villages in China,and there is a lack of research focusing on the ideological and political work,and the relevant theoretical research can not meet the needs of practical development.Dali Prefecture,as a place where Bai people live,has built many demonstration villages of national unity through continuous efforts in recent years.This paper takes longxiadeng village as a case to carry out empirical research,which has great theoretical value and practical significance.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview to investigate and analyze the current situation,achievements and experience,existing problems and causes of Ideological and political work of grass-roots party organizations in longxiadeng village.Based on this,this paper makes in-depth analysis,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly expounds the reason of the topic selection,the purpose and significance of the research,analyzes the related research status,defines the core concepts,and introduces the ideas and methods of this research.The second part analyzes the theoretical basis of the ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration village.This part mainly explains two contents: one is the relevant exposition about Ideological and political work by the classic writers of Marxism Leninism.The two is the important exposition of China’s successive leaders on Rural Ideological and political work,including Mao Zedong’s important exposition,Deng Xiaoping’s important exposition,Jiang Zemin’s important exposition,Hu Jintao’s important exposition and Xi Jinping’s important exposition.By explaining the theoretical basis of Ideological and political work of grass-roots party organizations,this paper provides theoretical guidance for the following empirical research.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration village.This part mainly focuses on the design of questionnaire and interview outline for field survey,and conducts questionnaire survey and interview on the economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction of the grass-roots party organizations in longxiadeng village.The fourth part,the problems and reasons of the ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration village.Combined with the survey data and interview results,the main problems are: zhengzhitai team is not professional enough;The impact of rural population flow on the development of the work;The flow of grassroots party members affects the work;Rural land acquisition and house demolition lead to contradictions.The reasons are: the construction of Ideological and political work team is not stable;The ideological and political work is not continuously promoted;The work motivation of grassroots party members and cadres is not strong;The guarantee mechanism of Ideological and political work is not perfect.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of Ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration village.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions: optimize the team structure,cultivate professional talents;Strengthen the management of Party members,improve work efficiency;Innovating the content of education and improving the quality of the masses;Change the educational methods and carry out the work continuously;Optimize the relationship between the party and the masses,safeguard the interests of the masses;Establish the machine support system to ensure the work operation.The sixth part is the conclusion.This paper summarizes this study,analyzes the shortcomings of this study,and points out the direction of the ideological and political work of the grass-roots party organizations in the national unity demonstration village in the future.
