Research On The Public Transformation Of Transitional Community

With the development of urbanization and the changes of the public space,China’s urban and rural dual structure is gradually transformed into a variety of relations between urban and rural areas,urban economic planning,cultural structure,value faith and life habits,such as to impact the villages and towns,which is dominated by the government of the high-speed urbanization,the rapid deconstruction of traditional agricultural society in the development of the city’s rapid development and reconstruction,New social problems are also gradually forming.Transitional community is a unique form in the process of urbanization in China.In the process of development of transitional community,a series of problems have emerged.On the one hand,villagers in transitional community are still restricted by household registration and policies,and there are certain differences with citizens in education,medical care,social security and employment security.On the other hand,in the process of the transition from rural housing to urban housing,the living cost of the villagers in the transitional community rises,and it is difficult for the rural villagers to integrate into the urban life due to the problems of education level and survival skills.In a series of vicissitudes,the publicity of the community has also changed.Since the reform and opening up,the rural religion and clan have gradually declined,the government’s control over the grass-roots has been strengthened,and the rural political order has gradually separated from production and life.Farmers have been under management for a long time,lacking political consciousness and rights consciousness,with low frequency of participation in public affairs and gradual decline of the public nature of political participation.Both the public construction in interpersonal communication and other aspects of life and the public participation in cultural entertainment and public affairs have gradually lost their endogenous motivation due to the population loss.Transitional communities are transformed from rural communities to urban communities.During this process,villagers’ awareness of rights and interests begins to awaken,and they begin to participate in the planning and governance of the community,creating conditions for villagers to actively participate in public affairs.However,this kind of public participation based on the formation of community of interests needs to be guided correctly,and community governance needs the joint efforts of multiple subjects and mutual cooperation.At the same time,the construction of transitional communities on the outskirts of the city slows down the population loss of the original villages and attracts new migrants to move in.In the middle and later stages of the formation of transitional communities,they gradually take on the management and operation forms of urban communities,and the multi-level community publicity begins to form.However,transitional communities still face a series of problems and challenges in the process of development,and the public construction of the transformed communities may become a way to solve the problems and one of the means to alleviate conflicts.This paper analyzes the publicity transformation of transitional communities in three stages,namely,rural community publicity,community publicity in the transition period and community publicity in the form of urban community in the later period of transition.Changes of community space are accompanied by the transformation of publicity,and the publicity content of production and life,political participation,culture and entertainment also presents changes in different periods.It is very important to build the public character of urban community without destroying the original public character foundation of rural area.First of all,this paper takes X community as an example to discuss the decline of village publicity and its causes before the community transformation,and analyze what changes have taken place in the connotation of rural publicity in the long historical changes.Secondly,it discusses the awareness of villagers’ participation in village public affairs in the process of community transformation and the enhancement of villagers’ awareness of rights and interests based on the protection of assets formed by mutual communication among villagers in this process.Finally,from the perspective of spatial change,this paper analyzes what kind of community publicity the transitional community has produced at the present stage,and reveals that the community faces multiple challenges of public restructuring.The commonality of transitional community construction is the opportunities and challenges coexist,transitional community space transformation important impact on the community public construction,on the one hand,the villagers’ interpersonal interaction frequency related to the distance,the villagers to itself as the axis,the closer distance tend to be more easy to interactive,space transformation makes their interactive object changes,on the other hand,The entry and integration of the foreign population has opened up the community relationship network,which makes the originally closed community more inclusive,and at the same time makes the maintenance of community order more difficult.The original good publicity foundation of the village can effectively promote the construction of community publicity,but the closure of the original rural social publicity also brings some drawbacks to the planning and management of the new community public space.
