Research On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Capacity Construction Of Urban Community Social Organization

With the continuous development of society,community social organizations play an increasingly prominent role in grassroots community governance.Domestic academic research on community social organizations has achieved fruitful results,but there is a lack of specific research on community social organizations at the micro level by using group work method under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,which is the starting point of this study.This research in the F,G community social organizations on the basis of investigation,the analysis in problems existing in the G community social organizations and advantage,to increase energy theory as the instruction,by utilizing the method of group work in community social organization members ability construction,in order to promote the benign development of the community social organizations,and social workers involved in community practice experience of the construction of the social organization ability.This research mainly includes five parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the literature review of relevant research at home and abroad,the definition of the concept of community social organization,guiding theory,data collection methods and research ideas;The second chapter is the general situation of G community social organizations,which mainly introduces the general situation of G community social organizations and analyzes the current advantages and problems of G community social organizations.The third chapter is the practical process of capacity building of G community social organizations.It uses group work method to improve the ability of community social organizations in four aspects: organization management,resource link,publicity and collaboration among community social organizations.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the effect of the capacity building of G community social organizations.It is mainly analyzed from two aspects: group process evaluation and group result evaluation.The fifth chapter is the research conclusion and reflection.This study believes that under the guidance of the energy enhancement theory and based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of social organizations in G community,it is effective to use group work method to improve the ability of social organizations in G community.In fact,the core of capacity building for community social organizations is to improve the ability of members of community social organizations.The key point is to improve the ability of organization and management,resource link,publicity and collaboration of members of community social organizations,so as to promote the healthy development of communities.It should be pointed out that there are still some deficiencies in this study,which may be the subject of future research.
