| With the continuous promotion and application of performance management in government departments,prison performance management has also been greatly developed.As the core part of performance management,performance appraisal is of great significance to the improvement of prison management level and the comprehensive quality of police.The prison police are the administrators of the prison.Compared with ordinary civil servants,prison police is an important criminal law enforcement force.To build a scientific and effective performance appraisal system is the objective requirement and inevitable choice of building a high-quality,standardized and professional prison police team.Therefore,strengthening the performance management of prison police can effectively improve the prison performance and strengthen the internal management of prison.Recently,n prison in Chongqing has achieved good results in prison supervision and management level has been improved to a great extent,but it is undeniable that there are still some problems in the management of police performance appraisal.To sum up,based on the existing research and related management,this paper makes a systematic study on the performance appraisal management of the police in n prison,aiming to put forward the corresponding optimization measures for its police performance management,so as to better improve the management level of N prison.The research of this paper is divided into six parts:the first part summarizes the research background,significance,methods and related research at home and abroad;the second part introduces the meaning of performance management,performance appraisal system and performance appraisal indicators and other basic theories,which provide theoretical basis for the later research;the third part of N prison performance management performance appraisal content,standard,method and process The fourth part uses KPI key index method to optimize the current performance appraisal management system of N prison;the fifth part constructs the corresponding supporting measures for the performance management system;the sixth part summarizes and prospects the research。... |
