As the compulsory executive organ of the state,the main responsibilities of several major departments are to protect the safety of people's lives and property and maintain the long-term stability of the country,as well as the prison system under the judicial department.With the development of economy and the progress of society,the overall conditions of China's prison system have been significantly improved,but the human resource management ability and level of China's prison system is still in a relatively low stage,due to the late start of performance appraisal of China's prison system,resulting in a serious deviation between the realization of the ultimate goal of performance appraisal of China's prison police and the actual situation.Therefore,this paper takes all the police of Z prison in Guizhou Province as the research object to study the performance appraisal of the prison system police,which is of great practical significance for building a strong prison police team,and also plays a very important role in promoting the overall management level and human resource management level of China's prison system.Based on the elaboration of domestic and foreign research,combined with relevant concepts and theories,this paper deeply analyzes the current performance appraisal of police in Z prison of Guizhou Province,points out several prominent problems existing in the performance appraisal of police in Z prison,and on this basis,creatively constructs a new performance appraisal system suitable for police in Z prison of Guizhou Province,further subdivides the appraisal objects,On the premise of dividing Z prison police into administrative business Post and prison district police post,this paper thoroughly innovates the indicators and standards of Z prison police performance appraisal.Based on the five indicators of "virtue,ability,diligence,performance and honesty",combined with the actual performance appraisal of Z prison police,it subdivides about 20 secondary performance appraisal indicators,which is the biggest innovation of this paper.In order to optimize the performance appraisal of the police in Z prison of Guizhou Province,it is of great practical significance for the whole management and human resource management of Z prison.Prison management and human resource management is of great practical significance.Finally,from the perspective of maximizing the initiative of the prison police,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide a new method and idea for the future research on the performance appraisal of the prison police.
