Ideological and moral Education is the basis of National Education,and the development of altruistic behavior which is an important component of moral education plays an important role in children's socialization,personality formation and physical and mental health.The Young Pioneers activity Course is the main carrier of moral education and ideological guidance in schools.For a long time,the Young Pioneers' education has not been paid enough attention to,and the Young Pioneers' activity courses are also faced with many difficulties and problems in the educational practice.However,what is the educational function of the Young Pioneers' activity course itself and how effective it is for children's ideological and moral education? It is a subject worth exploring,but the previous studies have only stayed at the subjective descriptive level and Lack of objective empirical discussion.This study uses the action research method,and two squadron classes in the fourth grade of the H primary school in this city were selected as the research object.On the basis of understanding the status of altruistic behavior of children in the experimental class,the subject activities of the young pioneers for altruistic behavior are carefully designed and carried out on the ground to test the effectiveness of the training of children's altruistic behavior on the practical level.The study was divided into three rounds,which lasted for four months.In the study,data were collected through observation,interviews,questionnaire tests and teacher group discussions,etc.,and qualitative and quantitative analysis were combined.In action research,through repeated practice and analysis to find out the problems and shortcomings in the implementation of the Young Pioneers' theme activity courses,through many times of reflection and adjustment to further improve it,while in the educational practice to try and explore,This paper attempts to construct a new type of guidance mode of the Young Pioneers' Activity Course and explore its operating mechanism in the educational practice.The result of the action research shows that the altruistic behavior of children has been effectively improved through the Young Pioneers' theme activity course.At the same time,the problems existing in the implementation of the courses and the solutions to the problems are summarized and explained.As well,the instructor teacher group guidance pattern in the Young Pioneers education practice the movement mechanism is summarized and elaborated.Finally,according to the enlightenment obtained from the research,this paper puts forward some effective suggestions on the Young Pioneers theme activity course of cultivating children's altruistic behavior from the four aspects of activity design,evaluation,dual subject and guidance work.
