Research On "Local Experience" Of The Communist Party Of China

"Experience" of the communist party of China is a dose of governance for "good governance",is the unity of the communist party of China led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in the party to emancipate the mind,seeking truth from facts,by the government of the people and the local party committees in the practical activities to create for all areas of the precious experience of reform,development and has significant advantages,is to promote the China build human destiny community contribution to the world of Chinese wisdom,Chinese experience.This paper is a systematic theoretical study of the "local experience" of the Communist Party of China,and the analysis of its conceptual connotation,essential characteristics,logic of formation,future development and other dimensions is the focus of this paper.To construct the "experience" of the communist party of China form the main body analysis framework,contains the masses,the party committees and governments and the people can not only refers to the individual,can also refer to various mass organizations,refers to the party committees and governments under the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the party committees and governments at all levels is the central level the following countries part of regional governance of the local party committee government.And respectively in the two form the perspective of subject outline type to the formation of "experience" of the communist party of China,the people from bottom to top innovative contain cultural influence,geological barriers,survival development-oriented,demand-driven,misfortune,five types of formation,top-down innovative ideal value contains the party committees and governments,promotion oriented type,problem,stimulate,competitive at the same level,organize push,pilot training,check with authorization,eight types of formation model demonstration type.Then the paper systematically reviews and analyzes the influencing factors in the formation process of the CPC’s "local experience",which are: insufficient resource capacity,decadent culture shackles,egoism tendency,system and mechanism malpractice.At the same time,according to the influencing factors formed by local experience,four coping mechanisms are formulated: multi-agent coordination mechanism,moral education initial heart mechanism,democratic legal system mechanism and innovation incentive mechanism.Finally,the paper looks into the future development direction of the CPC’s "local experience" from the following five aspects: from top to bottom,from left to right,from front to back,from inside to outside,from inside to outside,and from three dimensions,so as to guide the formation and development of the CPC’s "local experience" in the future.
