Research On The Protection And Development Of Ethnic Minority Villages

As the protection and development of ethnic characteristic villages are studied by more and more scholars,the relationship between protection and development is gradually put forward.How to balance their relationship in the protection and development of ethnic characteristic villages is also the key object of many scholars’ research,and put forward different suggestions according to ethnic characteristic villages in different regions,so as to finally find out the law from individuals,It provides theoretical guidance for the protection and development of villages with ethnic characteristics.Mingdong village is the earliest Korean gathering place in China.At the end of the 19 th century,poor Korean farmers settled here and gradually formed a village.Mingdong village has always regarded Korean folk culture as a treasure of art and has been the earliest birthplace of Korean culture in China.Mingdong village is an important revolutionary base in Longjing City.Many important historical events and important modern historical sites are preserved in Mingdong village.Therefore,Mingdong village is the earliest Anti Japanese thought spreading place in Yanbian area.And in 2019,it will be selected as a village with Chinese minority characteristics.This paper will select Mingdong village as the field point,from the perspective of the protection and development of characteristic villages,found that there are the following main problems in the protection and development of characteristic villages in Mingdong Village:(1)insufficient publicity of characteristic tourism resources(2)The old and new relationship of characteristic vil ages is not harmonious(3)Mingdong village is short of labor force(4)The industrial structure of characteristic villages is unbalanced.Starting from the above problems,this paper draws the following conclusions through the field investigation of characteristic villages in Mingdong Village: firstly,the lack of publicity of characteristic tourism resources in Mingdong village is caused by internal and external reasons.In addition to external publicity,it is also from the inheritance of the people themselves,which is to improve the vil agers’ awareness of protecting traditional culture,The combination of internal and external can achieve the maximum effect of Mingdong village characteristic tourism resources publicity.Second,The reason for the uncoordinated relationship between the old and the new in the characteristic villages is that they are eager to achieve success in the process of development and forget that the basis of development is protection.Therefore,many new buildings appear uncoordinated in the characteristic villages of Mingdong village,which destroys the ethnic characteristics of the village itself.Therefore,in the development,we should pay attention to the coordinated development with the hundred year style of the village,so as to achieve the balance of protection and development.Third,there are two main reasons for the lack of labor force.One is the serious population loss and aging of Mingdong village itself,and the other is the lack of professional talents,which leads to the lack of labor force.Therefore,we hope that the government will give more policies to return home entrepreneurs and give the elderly more opportunities to create their own value.Fourth,the fundamental reason for the imbalance of the industrial structure of the characteristic villages lies in the imbalance of development and protection.The villagers’ awareness of protection does not come from the insight of their thoughts,but from their forced life.Therefore,after the completion of the tourist village,they are eager to increase their income for a while,forgetting that the ethnic traditional culture comes from the land,Therefore,we must maintain the coordinated development of the primary industry and the tertiary industry in order to better protect and develop the tourism resources of characteristic villages.Through the discussion of problems and suggestions,this paper reveals the law of protection and development of characteristic villages in Mingdong village,and tries to explore a reasonable protection and development mode and road of characteristic villages of Korean ethnic group,so as to provide methods and ideas worthy of reference for meeting the needs of the real society and solving more practical problems.
