Analysis Of The Influence Of The Type Of Sponsoring Unit On The Mode Of Operation Of Industrial Alliance

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China’s industrial alliance has made great contributions to society.Based on the analysis of resource dependence theory,interest group and stakeholder theoretical tools,it can be found that the development course of alliance and its mode of operation are influenced by the type of sponsor.After investigation and finding,the alliance’s sponsors can be divided into government,leading enterprises,research institutes and consumers four,and the difference between different types is mainly reflected in the experience,heterogeneity and motivation differences on three points.Under the influence of the difference factor of the initiator unit,each alliance chose its own different mode of operation.The mode of operation is divided into five categories,namely,communication and research mode,project undertaking mode,platform construction mode,standard creation mode and industrial chain integration mode.Through the case study,it is found that different types of sponsors have both positive and negative effects on the mode of operation of industrial alliance selection.To solve the problems caused by the different sponsors of the current alliance,it is necessary to start from the government point of view,the civil affairs department should classify and manage the industrial alliance according to the type of sponsoring unit;We should strengthen the training of the ability of the initiating unit,so that the vast majority of the initiating units lacking the operational experience of social organizations take fewer detours in the early stage of formation;Strengthen supervision to prevent the transfer of benefits,especially enterprise-initiated alliances and sponsors are usually prone to related transactions,regulatory authorities should pay attention to;In addition,increase policy and resource support,provide more tax incentives for the operation of industrial alliances and build a sound support policy system;The introduction of relevant policies to regulate the operation of the Alliance.From the perspective of the initiator itself,we should give full play to the advantages of the initiating unit and avoid the situation of "one big" by enhancing the heterogeneity between the initiating units;The background of the initiating unit is diversified,and each other draws on each other’s strengths to absorb the advantages of different initiating units;To purify the initiator’s motivation,avoid "public use."...
