Research On The Organizational Development Process And Experience Of Women’s Federations Under The Leadership Of The CPC Since The Founding Of New China

Women’s federations were established under the direct leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and are jointly composed of women.In the process of communication and exchange between the Party and women,women’s federations play a bridge role.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the power of women’s federations has been fully exerted.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,women’s federations under the leadership of the CPC led women to actively participate in the socialist construction,making great contributions to the development of the socialist cause,and creating conditions for striving for gender equality,women’s liberation and women’s all-round development.Meanwhile,they also accumulated rich experience.With the deepening of reform and opening up and the constant adjustment of social structure,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new stage of development,and the needs of women have also undergone tremendous changes.Women’s federations are facing increasing difficulties and pressures.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively sort out the development process of women’s federations under the leadership of the CPC since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and summarize the experience and lessons,so as to provide reference for the better development of women’s federations under the leadership of the CPC in the future.Through gathering since the founding of the party under the leadership of the All-China Women’s Federation organization development course of the historical data,a comprehensive system to study the party’s leaders for women’s federation organization’s important speech,and its development course,development process of the development of the achievements,twists and turns in the development course and main experience and enlightenment in the aspects of in-depth analysis and research.First of all,by understanding its historical process and summarizing its historical experience,we can have a deeper understanding of the development and change of the organization of the Women’s Federation under the leadership of the CPC since the founding of New China.Secondly,through sorting out and analyzing the development process of the Women’s Federation under the leadership of the Party,it finds out the important achievements of the development process of the Women’s Federation in stimulating the vitality of the Party construction and building a harmonious society.Thirdly,the development of women’s federations under the leadership of the Party is not smooth sailing.In the process of development,women’s federations have encountered certain setbacks due to the negative influence of feudal culture,the bias in the development of women’s federations and the construction of grass-roots women’s federations.Women’s federations need to avoid the recurrence of these problems in the future development.Finally,we should always adhere to the Party’s leadership over women’s federations,adhere to the Marxist theory as the guiding ideology,adhere to the women-centered work orientation,so as to make the better development of women’s federations under the leadership of the Party.So as to give full play to the basic function of safeguarding women’s rights and interests,deepen the coverage of grass-roots women’s federations,realize the organic combination of serving the overall situation and serving women,and finally realize the great goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and achieving gender equality.
