A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The Training Of Grassroots Women's Federations Cardes In The Inner Mongolia,Wuhai

Grassroots Women's Federations is the foundation of the party's women' s work.To undertake the important functions of the contact with women,the unity of women,and the participation of women in the social construction and urban development.Grassroots women cadres is an important part of Women' s Federations,and more than 90%of them are women.To meet the actual needs of the most basic group of women is the most basic and most important bridge and link which between the Chinese Communist Party and the masses of women.Their ability to publicize the party' s policies to solve the practical problems of women that directly affects the effectiveness of the party's women' s work.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate grassroots Women's Federations.However,we must be soberly aware that there are still a lot of problems in the training of grassroots women cadres in China.For example,the training content is simple,and the curriculum system is lack of pertinence and diversification.Training resources are dispersed.Lacking platform and planning of resources integration.In addition,the training mode is onefold,most of them are based on training.The thesis focuses on training the cadres of grassroots Women's Federations in Inner Mongolia,Wuhai city.Using the method of combining theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,analyzing the situation of training the grassroots Women's Federation cadres,discussing the existing problems and reasons in the city of Wuhai,and put forward suggestions to improve this training.This paper has an important theoretical value and practical significance to strengthen the training of grassroots women's federations cadres in Wuhai and to improve the cadres team construction of the grassroots women' s federations in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and even the whole country.
