Reseach On The New Era Community Embedded Pension Model

The content of the old-age service needed by the elderly in the new era is upgraded from the basic security service to meet the care of daily life,to the high-level old-age service to meet the medical care,spiritual comfort and so on.Based on the embedded perspective and the needs of the new era,this paper takes Hunan Province as an example to study the optimization path of the community embedded pension service model in the new era.Community embedded pension model is aimed at the elderly at home,embedding market-oriented operation in the community,embedding a variety of pension resources,embedding resources from all walks of life into the community to optimize,to meet the needs of the elderly increasingly diversified.Based on the current situation of population aging in Hunan Province and the forecast and analysis of of the results of the future aging trend.Summary is the feature of the up-to-date large base of the elderly population,the imbalance of population posture and the imbalance of regional posture,that in the future the vogue of population aging is rigorous.According to the government,institutions,communities and the elderly,used a comprehensive survey on the model in Hunan Province,and makes a comprehensive survey on typical communities,so as to explore the effectiveness and problems of the current development of community embedded pension model in Hunan Province.Based on the experience of the excellent regions in China that have developed the embedded community-based pension model,this paper compares and analyzes the current pension model in Hunan Province,and finds that the embryonic form of the embedded community-based pension model in Hunan Province has already taken shape,in the reform of the overall thinking,design layout,reform focus,but there are deficiencies,the problem stems from the government,institutions and so on.Therefore,it is suggested that multi-party coordination,regional coordination and family cooperation promote the coordination of the embedded community-based model of old-age care,and that the government should provide diversified old-age care services with precise positioning,precise efforts and precise measures,and strive to build a four-level exchange,comprehensive coverage of the elderly wisdom of the information platform.The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for the work of providing for the aged in Hunan Province,and to provide reference for the development of the embedded community providing for the aged service mode in the new era.
