Research On The Enhancement Countermeasures Of Community Grid Governance Effectiveness Under The Perspective Of Integrity Governance

The scientific construction of community grid governance can provide strong support for the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.However,the“fragmentation”problem in my country’ s community grid governance at this stage has become a serious problem that plagues the modernization of my country’s community grid governance capabilities.This makes it possible to integrate theoretically and improve community grid governance in practice.The"fragmentation" of China has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on this,this research takes the improvement of the efficiency of grid governance in communities in our country as the research object,introduces the content framework of the holistic governance theory into the grid governance of communities,and follows the "concept definition and theoretical combing-the problem is being analyzed-the case Research-Countermeasures and Suggestions" to carry out research.Specifically,this research first defines the concepts of community,community governance,community grid governance,and efficiency,and combs the holistic governance theory as the theoretical basis of the full text research;secondly,this research reveals the current stage of my country’ s community through theoretical analysis The"fragmentation" problem in grid governance.Then,this paper selects Shiduan Community,Dingzigu Street,Hongqiao District,Tianjin City as a typical case,uses field interviews and observation methods to analyze the current situation of grid governance in Shiduan community,and based on the specific reality of Shiduan community,Find out the four aspects of the "fragmentation" problem in its community grid governance work;finally,this research combines the five aspects of the holistic governance theory to address the ten segments of community grid governance "fragmentation" issues From four aspects,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the grid governance efficiency of Shiduan community.The innovative intention of this paper is mainly manifested in three aspects:(1)Introducing the theory of holistic governance into the grid governance of communities in our country.(2)Select specific cases and combine them with the interview method and the participatory observation method to make the research content more realistic,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of community grid governance.
