Optimization Research On Urban Community Grid Governance From The Perspective Of Holistic Governance

The community is the most fundamental element of our national governance,society is essential for the development of politics,economy and society,as well as for maintaining the stability of the country.Along with the economic and social transition and the progress of urbanization,the city community has become an important point of view of the grassroots society,and the phenomenon of "communityization" of social problems has become prominent.The exploration of urban community governance theory and practice has become the meaning of reflection and innovation of grassroots social governance in the country.Community governance has also become an important index to judge the modernization of our country’s administration operation system and its ability to govern.Urban community grid governance is a process or management model that uses information technology to transform management concepts,integrate community resources and elements,reengineer processes,and improve governance efficiency and service quality.Based on the whole development angle,the paper analyses the relation between the whole governance theory and the city community grid governance.An optimization framework for community grid governance theory.The article mainly adopts the case study method.In the specific practice of urban community grid governance in my country,taking the urban community grid governance innovation in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province as a case,it integrates the community grid governance through the "red grid" to achieve the optimization of the community collaborative governance mechanism,the promotion of diverse participation in community governance,and the improvement of community service quality are analyzed and summarized.Combined with case analysis and theoretical framework,this paper proposes a path to optimize the urban community grid governance model: establish a modern governance concept,strengthen the "people-oriented" service awareness;Grid team building,value rationality and instrumental rationality are combined;a coordinated and integrated linkage mechanism is established to promote the coordinated governance of departments.
