Research On The Quality Of Community Home-based Care Services

With the increase of the average life expectancy in our country,the phenomenon of aging population is becoming more and more serious.The problem of supporting the aged has become an important social problem at the present stage and even in a long time in the future.At present,China has a variety of pension models,the traditional family pension model has been shouldering the main responsibility,the traditional concept of raising children for old age is still rooted in the minds of contemporary people.However,changes in the modern family structure have led to a continuous decline in the family’s ability to provide for the elderly,and various elderly care institutions have not been favored by the elderly due to their high cost and lack of family warmth.Based on this,a new model of elderly care-community-based elderly care came into being.Community home care services are based on the family,supported by the community,supported by the government and social forces,and are of the nature of public services to a certain extent.The quality of the services they provide not only directly affects the quality of daily life and happiness index of the elderly,but also It directly reflects the public value of government service behavior.This article takes the community home care service quality as the research object,uses the hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory and procedural logic model,applies the revised Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process to construct the index system,and takes the X district of Hangzhou as an example.Corresponding questionnaire surveys,statistics and analysis of survey data,from the four dimensions of "service input-service process-service output-satisfaction of all parties",the main problems currently existing are summarized as follows: First,service input Insufficiency;the second is the imperfect service process;the third is the poor service output;the fourth is the low satisfaction of all parties.Based on the existing problems,it conducts research from the three aspects of government,society and community home care service centers,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward reasonable suggestions from three aspects,with a view to improving the quality of home care services in the X district of Hangzhou.This study believes that the government should increase capital investment and policy support,optimize service supply based on demand,and improve service quality evaluation and supervision systems;the society should further increase social power input and guide the transformation of the concept of elderly care services;community home care The service center should improve the self hemopoietic function,strengthen the construction of the talent team,and increase the intensity of publicity and guidance.
