Since the civil servant law in 2006,the region for the work of civil servant performance appraisal research more and more attention,a set of comprehensive and complete civil servant performance appraisal system can objectively evaluate the performance of civil servants daily work,as well as civil servants of the rewards and punishment,training,post lift and made a theoretical basis for salary adjustment,the most important is also became the authorities at all levels is an important way of choose and employ persons.At the same time,in the new era,the society puts forward higher requirements for the construction of service-oriented government and the construction of civil servants,which means that civil servants must constantly improve their work ability and professional level,so as to face greater difficulties and challenges.To sum up,in order to build a high-quality and high-level civil servant team,it is imperative to develop a set of scientific,reasonable and effective civil servant performance appraisal system.For district government,civil servant performance appraisal work is particularly important,because the district government administrative institutions in our country has a solid position,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and a set of comprehensive and detailed work of civil servant performance appraisal system can enhance the positive state,transfer the work innovation and creativity,better serve the people,promote better fulfill their responsibility of civil servants,promote the development of organ to more far-reaching reform direction.However,while accumulating experience,there are a series of problems and limitations in the performance appraisal of civil servants.In this paper I civil servant performance appraisal work as the main research object,use literature analysis,field investigation method and inductive analysis such as rust conclusion sums up the scenes of civil servant performance appraisal work development situation,combining with the situation,I the inspection work in recent years are summarized existing problems,the main assessment results affected by human factors;Single assessment method;Assessment indicators are difficult to highlight the key points of assessment;The results of the assessment did not play a motivating role.On this basis,combined with the actual situation of Tiexi district,according to the civil servant law and other requirements,put forward further measures to do a good job in the performance assessment of civil servants in Tiexi district,respectively,is to establish the correct assessment concept,optimize the assessment methods,improve the assessment index system,strengthen the application of assessment results.
