Research On The Construction Of Democratic Parties Think Tanks ——The Revolutionary Committee Of The Chinese Kuomintang As Research Focus

As a vital part of the national public decision-making chain,think tanks play an active role in promoting scientific and democratic decision-making,economic and social development,enhancing national soft power and international competitiveness.In recent years,the construction of new think tanks in China has risen to the height of national strategy.Democratic Parties have the advantage of gathering talents,collecting resources,participating in the political discussion,and history tradition.They are indispensable force in building the new Chinese think tanks.This essay uses literature research methods,historical research methods,comparative analysis methods and other research methods,taking the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang（RCCK）think tanks as the main focus to research how the Democratic Parties participate more broadly and deeply in the practice of think tank construction.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,research methods,literature review and innovation points.The second chapter puts forward the definition of think tanks,the new Chinese think tanks,Democratic Parties and the RCCK.It introduces the specific functions of Democratic Parties,the natural advantages and characteristics of the RCCK building think tanks.The construction of the RCCK think tanks mainly includes three ways,establishing thinks tank belonging to the RCCK,cooperating to build think tanks and forming an part of the United Front think tanks system.The third chapter introduces the construction process of the RCCK think tanks and the problems existing in the process of building the RCCK think tanks,and analyzes the cause of the problems from the perspective of the environment,talent mechanism and financial support.The fourth chapter draws on the experience of the construction of various types of think tanks in China,combined with existing problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestion.The first is to define the functional orientation and highlight the characteristics of the RCCK think tanks.The second is to set up substantive management organization and to build the database integration think tanks resources.The third is to establish working mechanisms.The fourth is to strengthen the introduction,training,mobility and incentive mechanism of talents,and improve the construction of talent pools for think tanks.The fifth is to improve legal and institutional guarantee systems.The sixth is to expand the social influence of think tanks by means of media communication.The final chapter is the conclusions,which summarizes and forecasts the viewpoints of this essay.
