Research On Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of G Resettlement Community In Yixing City

With the continuous improvement of my country’s national governance system and the deepening of urbanization,community governance has become an important link that cannot be ignored in today’s social development.In the process of rapid urbanization,the government carried out land acquisition and demolition for various development and construction,and led the construction of a large number of resettlement communities for the demolition personnel to live in.As a product of rapid urbanization,resettlement communities have more contradictions and more complicated situations than urban communities.Moreover,due to the vast territory of my country,the differences in demolition and resettlement policies,governance models and regional cultures in China,it is necessary to conduct targeted research.And propose a personalized solution.This article takes the G resettlement community in Yixing City as the actual research object to discuss the governance of resettlement communities.Use questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods to investigate and study the governance of the G resettlement community,use resident questionnaires and in-depth interviews to analyze the deficiencies and reasons in the governance,and propose specific countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the governance of the G resettlement community.On the one hand,it provides a practical reference for improving the community governance system.On the other hand,it also urges the resettlement communities to accelerate the pace of transition to urban communities,continuously improve the effectiveness of community governance,and create a harmonious and stable community that satisfies the people and the government is assured.Through research,it is found that there are some problems in the governance of the G resettlement community.The main reasons are: heavy administrative color,lack of governance team building,greater pressure on governance funds,insufficient supply of public services,and low governance integration;the reasons for these problems are: : The government-led governance model has defects,the governance team management model is outdated,property management funds account for a relatively high proportion,service supply and demand do not match,and residents’ awareness is insufficient.Based on the above problems and causes,in order to improve the governance level of the G resettlement community,this article proposes five improvement measures: first,reshape the community governance organization structure;second,build a community governance team in the new era;third,make good community governance funds Increase revenue and reduce expenditure;fourth,improve the supply of community public services;fifth,change concepts to promote governance integration.
