A Study On The Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Demolition And Resettlement Communities

Land expropriation,demolition and resettlement communities are special products in the process of urbanization.With the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of farmers move to cities and gather together.Although they enjoy the bonus and corresponding compensation brought by land expropriation and demolition policy,they lack effective means of living after entering the city because they have been living on agriculture for a long time.Due to the lag of policies and systems,the follow-up governance problems of resettlement communities have become increasingly prominent.If handled improperly,it may affect social harmony and stability.This paper selects Hongyang Community of Huaikou Street,Jintang County,Chengdu city as the research object.This community belongs to multi-village resettlement community.Only part of the villagers in the resettlement villages have been relocated,and the resettlement residents still keep part of the centralized land or centralized assets,and their household registration is still retained in the original village.In recent years,the government has continuously explored and innovated in the governance of Hongyang community,and summed up the community autonomy management mode of "one core leading,three integration".However,hongyang community in the process of governance still exist many problems and difficulties.Through consulting relevant materials and field investigation and research,we have a comprehensive understanding of the governance status of Hongyang Community in Huaikou Street,Jintang County,and an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in community governance at the current stage and the reasons behind the problems.Based on the survey and interview results,At present,there are some problems in the community,such as insufficient level of management personnel,insufficient participation of residents in community governance,incomplete public service,and long-term contradiction between owners and property.Aiming at the problems above,through draw lessons from successful experience of community governance analysis in other areas,combined with the local reality,from strengthening community residents of belonging,improve the efficiency of community governance,perfecting the community security system three aspects obtains,proposed targeted measures,so that the real into the community residents,active participation in community affairs,solve red Yang community governance problem.It is hoped that through the investigation and research of this paper,effective measures and suggestions are put forward for the problems existing in the governance of the demolition and resettlement community,and the remaining problems in the construction of the demolition and resettlement community and other new problems arising in the governance process are solved.
