| As a member of the ethnic traditional sports family,Mongolian traditional sports have experienced historical development and enduring,which is enough to prove that it has a unique development method.As we all know,sustainable development and traditional protection are mutually contradictory.In the process of sustainable development,it is inevitable to destroy and reshape traditional elements.This article focuses on the research of traditional ethnic sports and sports laws,and aims to provide legal protection measures for the problems in the sustainable development of traditional Mongolian sports with legal thinking,so that sustainable development of traditional Mongolian sports can be guaranteed by the rule of law,so that traditional sports Supported by the rule of law in the process of sustainable development.In this paper,literature research,Interview Research,Comparative Analysis and Empirical Research Methods,such as research methods,multidimensional in-depth research and theoretical exploration.The research focuses on the difficulties in the process of sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols and how to protect its sustainable development by means of the rule of law,lack of momentum for sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols.Secondly,the external cause,the sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols has a greater impact,mainly by the impact of modern competitive sports.Finally,the rule of law for the sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols Mongols,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the legal protection of the sustainable development of traditional sports in Mongols.Improve the construction of the rule of law related to the ethnic traditional sports,so as to make the Mongols traditional sports have the legal guarantee of sustainable development. |
