| Inner Mongolia has become an important "granary","meat warehouse","milk pot" and "cashmere city" of the country."Mongolian brand" products sell well all over the country.Mongols traditional food accounts for a large proportion of "Mongolian brand" products,so it is of great significance to supervise Mongols traditional food.The traditional food of Mongols ethnic group is mainly divided into two categories: free food and red food.The food made from milk is called "Chagan Yide" in Mongolian,which means holy and pure food,namely free food.It mainly includes fresh milk,milk tea,milk tofu and other dairy products.The red food mainly refers to meat,such as Roasted whole lamb,beef jerky,etc.The traditional food of Mongols ethnic group also includes fried rice and other types of food.There are many kinds of Mongols traditional food,and there are still many problems to be solved in legal supervision..This paper is divided into four chapters to study the legal supervision of Mongols traditional food.The first chapter is the theoretical basis of Mongols’ s traditional food legal supervision.This part mainly analyzes the concept and characteristics of Mongols traditional food,and then analyzes the theoretical basis from the information asymmetry theory,market failure theory and government regulation theory,and the legal basis from the national level and local level;Finally,from the perspective of worrying about the quality of traditional food and low illegal cost,we analyze the practical basis,so as to provide theoretical support for the study of legal supervision of Mongols traditional food.The second chapter analyzes the problems in the legal supervision of Mongols traditional food.Analyze from three aspects: lack of local standards,inadequate regulatory system,and incomplete food recall system.Chapter 3 is a reference to the experience of traditional food legal supervision both domestically and internationally.The foreign experience mainly consists of four aspects:improved food regulatory regulations,complete food safety recall systems,strict food safety testing,and complete food safety supervision chains.The domestic experience mainly focuses on legislative supervision of special foods,graded supervision of special foods,and clear administrative rewards.The fourth chapter puts forward corresponding suggestions according to the problems existing in the legal supervision of Mongols traditional food,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the local standards of Mongols traditional food,improve the legal supervision system of Mongols traditional food,and improve the recall system of problem food. |
