Research On The Impact Of Mobile New Media On The Political Learning Of The Young Chinese Communists

Facing the comprehensive advancement of the current information society,mobile new media is more and more extensive.With its unique new media features,the "Learning Power" APP has covered diverse content and has become an important platform for the chinese communists to learn about politics in the new era.In the current context of advancing the construction of a Marxist learning party,it is particularly important to strengthen the political learning of the chinese communists.The use of mobile new media for political learning has a significant role in promoting political learning for the chinese communists.This study takes the chinese communists of young student in Sichuan universities as the research object,and uses the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews as the main research methods under the research framework of Xi Jinping’s discourse on public opinion,political learning theory and mobile new media theory.This research focuses on the Characteristics of the “Learning Power” APP,and political learning of the young chinese communists on the “Learning Power” APP,and political learning effects of the young chinese communists.Based on a questionnaire survey of 10 colleges and universities in Sichuan Province and in-depth interviews with 24 the chinese communists,the following conclusions were reached:First,the characteristics of the "Learning Power" APP have a significant impact on the political learning of the young chinese communists.Among them,the "The organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party" and "Content Features" of the "Learning Power" APP have a significant positive effect on the "learning motivation" in the political learning of the young chinese communists.The "value characteristics" and "the organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party" of the "Learning Power" APP have a significant positive effect on the "learning sharing" in the political learning of the young chinese communists.This shows that the young chinese communists should pay attention to the content features,value characteristics and the organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party of the "Learning Power" APP when studying on the "Learning Power" APP.These three factors have a positive role in promoting the young chinese communists’ political learning motivation and political learning sharing.Second,the characteristics of the “Learning Power” APP have a significant impact on the political learning effect of the young chinese communists.Among them,the "value characteristics","technical characteristics" and "The organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party " of the "Learning Power" APP have a significant positive effect on "political knowledge" in the political learning effect of the young chinese communists;the "value characteristics" and "The organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party" of "Learning Power" APP have a significant positive effect on "political participation" in the political learning effect of the young chinese communists;the "Content characteristics" and "value characteristics" of the "Learning Power" APP has a significant positive effect on “Political beliefs” in the political learning effect of the young chinese communists;the "value characteristics","technical characteristics" and "The organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party" of the "Learning Power" APP have a significant positive effect on the "political efficacy" in the political learning effect of the young chinese communists;The "content characteristics" and "value characteristics" of the "Learning Power " APP have a significant positive effect on the "political responsibility" in the political learning effect of young the chinese communists.Third,the political learning of the young chinese communists on the “Learning to Power” App has a significant impact on their political learning effectiveness.Among them,"learning sharing" in the political learning situation of the young chinese communists has a significant positive effect on "political knowledge" in the effect of political learning;"learning sharing" in the political learning situation of the young chinese communists has a significant positive effect on "political participation" in the effect of political learning;the "learning motivation" and "learning sharing" in the political learning situation of the young chinese communists have a significant reverse effect on the "political beliefs" in the effect of political learning;the "learning sharing" in the political learning situation of the young chinese communists has a significant positive effect on the "political efficacy" in the effect of political learning,while the "learning motivation" has a significant negative effect on the "political efficacy";the "learning motivation" and "learning sharing" in the political learning situation of the young chinese communists has a significant negative effect on the the "political responsibility" in the effect of political learning.The research found that there are three main factors that have the most significant effect on the political learning effect of the young chinese communists: the first is The organizational atmosphere of the Chinese Communist Party,the second is the value characteristics of mobile new media,and the third is the sharing of political learning on mobile new media.Therefore,the countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing the political learning effect of mobile new media need to focus on these three aspects,and the details as follows: enhancing the political function of the Communist Party of China;focusing on grasping the value characteristics of mobile new media;and promoting the learning sharing of political on mobile new media.
