Research On The Influence Of New Media On Blending Learning Of Party Members

General secretary Xi Jinping has clearly pointed out that good education and good management of party members are key components of party building,and ideological and political building is the primary task of party building.With the extensive use of new media,relying on new media for ideological and political education of party members has become an important way to carry out party education.In order to maintain the advanced nature and representative function of the party in various fields,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of the party members' ideological quality,Party members should continue to learn and keep improving.The new media is the inevitable result of the information age,and the Blending Learning effect is obvious,and it has been paid more and more attention.Through literature review and theoretical discussion,it is found that the composition of the Blending Learning of party members consists of three elements:educators,party members,learners and learning content.The current Blending Learning of party members in China presents a state of confusion,which is closely related to the new media.Therefore,in order to improve the level of Blending Learning of party members,it is necessary to systematically study the influence of new media on the Blending Learning of party members.Specifically,according to the theoretical construction of the content and structure of the party members Blending Learning,design the research tools of this study,that is,the new media on the party Blending Learning questionnaire.Subsequently,the national party members to conduct a sample questionnaire survey,and the use of SPSS tools for data processing and analysis.The study found that,at present,the national party members Blending Learning level is high;The Blending Learning level of female party members is higher than that of male party members;The party members with higher educational background have higher level of blended learning;The Blending Learning level of party members in economically developed areas is relatively high.Further study of the new media on the Blending Learning partymembers have a positive and significant impact.Especially the new media teaching platform and the new media interpersonal atmosphere two factors.Based on the analysis and discussion of the research results,this dissertation makes a preliminary analysis on the causes of the influence of new media on the Blending Learning of the party members.This dissertation mainly discusses the new media will bring about the attention of the party members Blending Learning,the use of equipment and learning efficiency changes.On the basis of studying the cause of formation,in order to further improve the level of Blending Learning of party members,this study puts forward some suggestions:First,educators should have a higher quality of new media;Secondly,learners should improve their self-learning ability,information screening ability and new media using ability in the aspect of learning ability;Third,we should build a perfect new media learning platform and constantly improve technology.Actively play the role of new media in the Blending Learning of party members.
