Research On The Strategy Of Re Socialization Of Prison Inmates

In recent years,the rate of the first crime and the recidivism in China is rising,which has brought about great changes on prison management,social management and also harmony and stability of social.Effectively promote the re socialization of prisoners is an important way to improve this practical problem.However,the current domestic prison management mode is still unable to get rid of the concept of "bottom line security concept",and lacks innovation and practice of re socialization of prisoners.This paper will use the relevant knowledge of public management,the theory of synergetics,the socialization of execution and the individualization of execution,through access to relevant information,case analysis and comparative analysis,etc.,to study the innovation of management mechanism aiming at the re socialization of prison inmates.It is found that there is a lack of innovation in domestic research and system design,prison setting and management of prisoners,and there are some defects.through sorting out,analyzing the research and practice of the re socialization of prison inmates in China.By taking H prison in Z Province as an example,analyzing and comparing the advanced experience and practice of prisoners re socialization at home and abroad,i find that promote prison from innovating system design,improving prison setting and classification,perfecting prisoners’ classification,changing prisoners’ ideas,standardizing law enforcement methods and improving socialization degree of execution links can improve re socialization of prisoners at least.
