Research On The Resocialization Of Female Officials

In the meaning of the sociology and the social psychology,the individual crime is caused by the defect of the socialization process especially the law socialization process.In essence,crime is a product of the interaction of various social factors.From the sociological point of view,the process of rehabilitation criminals by the prison is actually the process of the resocialization of criminals.Since the 18th Party Congress of China,the construction of honest administration of Party working style and the fight against corruption has risen to a new height,the amount of duty criminals in the prison continuously increases.As a special group,the female duty criminals after the crime are faced with the double discrimination of identity and gender,tend to express more easily anxious,sensitivie and emotional.There are serious and incomplete phenomena in the transformation process,seriously affects the normal development of resocialization.The paper is guided by the theory of public management,applies the theory of Penology,Management,Sociology,Law,Pedagogy and other related theories,mainly through literature reading and related data collections,induce,summarize,refine the academic result at home and abroad.On this basis,combined with the actual work can gain the related information and data.Based on questionnaire of all female duty criminals of prisons in Jiangsu province and aided by interview and case analysis,the present problems and disadvantages of the resocialization of female duty criminals are studied,the root reasons and impact factors of the problems are deeply and thoroughly analyzed,the advanced experience of the resocialization of female duty criminals at home and abroad is summarized and coupled with draw lessons.Considering from the aspect of improving subjective initiative of the resocialization of female duty criminals,innovative content and methods of reformatory education,promoting the socialization of prision execution,perfecting laws and systems related to resocialization,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion.This research achievement not only can enrich the theory of the resocialization of female duty criminals,thus more scientifically manage and educate female duty criminals,betterly achieve the goal of the resocialization of female duty criminals,further ensure to take charge of safety stability,but also can provide beneficial reference to the development of reform of resocialization of criminals in our country.
