Study Of Mechanisms For Managing The Rehabilitation Of Prisoners Under The Goal Of Resocialization

Crime is a problem of the whole society.The main perpetrators of crime are people from all walks of life.The factors that generate crime include social factors,and the quality of criminal reform and the degree of re-socialization affect the stability of the entire society.Therefore,managing crime should be the responsibility of the whole society.Specifically,the execution of punishment and punishment of criminals is the responsibility of the prison,and the reform of criminals is the responsibility of the whole society.What needs to be emphasized is that prison,as an industry of society,needs the understanding and support of the whole society,especially the reform of criminals to realize the re-socialization of criminals requires the active cooperation of all walks of life in the whole society.Prison is a public function department of the government,so this article starts from the perspective of public management,taking Shanghai X Prison as an example,using literature research,questionnaire survey,interview method,comparative research and other methods,combined with the theory of collaborative governance,under the goal of resocialization Analyze and research the reform and management mechanism of prisoners serving sentences.This article believes that the fundamental reasons for the current dilemma of prison reform and management are divided into three aspects: prison,criminal and society.Specifically: incomplete prison management system,deviation of supervision concept and implementation,insufficient construction of civilian police force;low education level of criminals,unstable life,susceptibility to the environment and others leading to crime,difficulty in receiving resocialization education in prison,and outside prison It is difficult to be accepted by the society,etc.;and the lack of social coordination is mainly due to the complex security risks of social personnel,the difficulty of social organizations to connect with prisons,and the traditional prejudice of society against prisons.Therefore,based on the experience of several foreign prison management mechanisms,this article proposes three suggestions for the future prison management mechanism of our country: First of all,realizing the optimization of the prison management.Including detailed classification management of criminals,strengthening the construction of the police force,purchasing social services,etc.;Secondly,striving for coordinated support from outside the society.It is not only the support from the criminal family,but also the strong support of government departments,social organizations and individuals.Thirdly,corresponding policies and regulations must be developed.It is necessary to improve and refine the existing policies and regulations,but also to develop blank areas that are not covered by the current laws and regulations,to clarify how the society participates in the management of the re-social transformation of criminals,and at the same time to explore the future development of penalties in our country.
