Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Grid Management

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for "shift the focus of social governance to the community level,taking grid management and socialized service as the direction,and perfecting the new community management and service system." Community grid management has become the leading mode to establish a new type of community.Research on the current situation of community grid management and effectiveness analysis can provide important practical value and theoretical basis for urban community governance.During the period of A community grid management,the implementation of diversified,information-based and refined community grid management model provides practical reference for similar community grid management in Kaifu District and even in the whole country.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of A community grid management,including incomplete construction of information platform,imperfect construction of grid administrator team,unsmooth grid management in community operation,weak performance evaluation system as a whole and no competitiveness.It is found that the above problems are caused by the following reasons: the information technology is not mature enough,the comprehensive ability of community managers is on the low side,the investment of community manpower and funds is very limited,and the evaluation procedure is not fair.This paper draws on the advanced community management experience of Singapore,Japan and other foreign countries,as well as the innovative experience and practice of community grid management in Shenzhen,Wuhan and Zhoushan,Zhejiang,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the community grid management mechanism,improve the scientific level of community grid management,and perfect the evaluation system of community grid management.
