The Research On The Information Platform Construction And Applications In Community Grid Management Of Lanzhou

Since twentieth Century,the development of economic globalization and information technology sharpens the problems in social management and the contradictions of society in the transition period of China.In response to the problems and contradictions in the field of social management,the social management of innovation community has become one of the most important ways of social management reform,among which the community grid management implemented in many cities is the best example.In the new trend of the network informationbased society development,the community grid management the need to be on the basis of complete information platform.The community grid management combined with the information platform system has important and indispensable meaning for improving social management services of the city,improving the community public service supply capacity,promoting the community participation,enhancing social identity,maintaining social order and promoting social harmony.In recent years,Lanzhou has been promoting and perfecting the community management mode by establishing and applying community grid management.But at present the situation and the actual effect of community grid management information platform needs further examination.Therefore,this thesis choose to study the construction and application of information platform of Lanzhou community grid management.This thesis takes the Lanzhou Chengguan District Tianping Street Community where I worked as the example,using the method of literature research and case analysis,explains the the construction and application situation of the network construction,hardware equipment,organizational structure,management system and other aspects during the process of Lanzhou community grid management,analyzes that the information platform has the problems of weak infrastructure construction,not reasonable personnel allocation,lack of system construction and other aspects in the process of the construction and application of community grid management,explores the causes of the problems from the perspective of funding technical support,professional management team construction,system construction etc..Finally,by comparing and learning the advanced experience of community informatization and social management in other domestic cities,puts forward specific measures to solve the problems,namely positioning the target value of information platform in the community grid management,perfecting the service needs of information platform in the community grid management,strengthening supervision and management and publicity of information platform,establishing related system of information platform in community grid management,establishing full-time professional community grid information platform management team.It is hoped that the research could play the role of information platform in grid management,which provides a useful reference for improving the overall level of urban community management and promoting the innovation of social management system.
