Research On The Educational Practice Of Socialist Concept Of Honor And Disgrace In Ningbo

It is one of the important tasks of ideological and moral construction to strengthen the education of citizens on the socialist concept of honor and disgrace.In order to form correct moral values and good civilized fashion in the whole society,we must enhance the education of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace,which takes "eight honors and eight shames" as the basic content.This is also an important focus of strengthening regional spiritual civilization.As one of the first civilized cities in the country,Ningbo has achieved fruitful results in carrying out civic moral education and practical activities in recent years,and has also formed its own characteristics and experience.To this end,this study takes Ningbo’s socialist concept of honor and disgrace education as the research object,and combines with the survey results of the current status of Ningbo citizens’ concept of honor and disgrace,to make a more comprehensive and systematic understanding and analysis of Ningbo’s educational practice.Through this survey,we found that Ningbo citizens have a correct outlook on honor and disgrace,and its mainstream is positive,healthy and upward.They love their motherland,admire hard work,and have a strong sense of volunteer service,integrity,awareness of discipline and law,and collectivism.But at the same time,there are still some problems in some aspects,mainly including blurred boundaries of honor and shame,lack of scientific literacy,egoism,utilitarianism,and pragmatism are still popular,the spirit of hard work is diminished,hedonistic thoughts are intensified,honor and shame are not recognized Unity,etc.From the perspective of ideological and political education,the main reasons are the lack of cohesion of educational subjects,insufficient self-internalization of citizens,insufficient educational content,inflexible educational methods,and various disturbances in the educational environment.Therefore,to continue to promote the socialist concept of honor and shame education,efforts must be made in the following areas: to emphasize construction and accumulation;to further consolidate the various forces of honor and disgrace education;to build a social reward and punishment mechanism that is conducive to strengthening people’s concept of honor and disgrace;to Keeping up with the times and constantly giving new content to the socialist concept of honor and disgrace;we must constantly optimize the new environment in which the socialist concept of honor and disgrace is practiced.Thus,the value and role of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace can be further effectively played to promote the improvement of individual moral personality and the healthy development of society.
