| Human health has always been related to the quality of living environment.As the source of life,water resources are more closely related to people’s health,and also closely related to people’s economic and social development.The safety of urban drinking water is closely related to the development of urbanization.At the same time of economic and social development,the safety of urban drinking water is more prominent.Not only the protection of water source is the key,but also the transportation pipeline and the use of drinking water should be protected by law.In recent years,the state attaches great importance to the protection of drinking water related systems.At the same time,it has taken some management measures to ensure the safety of urban drinking water.At the same time,it has also formulated relevant laws and regulations for the protection of water resources,which provides legal protection for the development,transportation,utilization and protection of water resources.However,the operation of the law will always encounter obstacles,and the relevant legal system of drinking water safety needs to be improved.Based on this,through the field investigation of water supply sources and water plants in Yichang City,this paper obtains the current problems of drinking water sources in Yichang City in three aspects: drinking water sources,urban pipeline input,and consumer market.In view of the problems of drinking water sources,starting from legislation,under the condition that the definition of drinking water is given,the legislation of drinking water sources should be strengthened In addition,improve the urban water supply and transportation pipeline,improve the secondary water supply link,strictly distinguish domestic water and direct drinking water,and step on a complete trapezoidal water price system,supplemented by incentive mechanism and education and publicity work,to encourage residents to save water.It is hoped that scientific,reasonable and practical legal suggestions can be put forward for the safety protection of drinking water in Yichang City,so as to ensure the water safety of urban residents and improve their quality of life. |
