Study On Parking Management Of Old Residential Areas In Wenzhou Urban Area

With the rapid development of economy,the number of motor vehicles in China has been growing rapidly.However,there is a certain contradiction between supply and demand between the number of motor vehicles and the number of motor vehicle parking spaces.The old problems,especially those left over by the people’s livelihood,are more difficult to solve.The old residential areas in China were generally built around 2000.Due to the insufficient planning of parking spaces at the beginning of the construction,the backward management level of the residential areas,and the weak sense of self-government of the residents,the parking spaces in the old residential areas can not meet the actual needs of the residents,and there are even some phenomena such as parking vehicles at will,occupying fire-fighting passages and damaging the greening of the residential areas Hidden dangers are not conducive to the construction of a harmonious community,and at the same time increasingly troubled the daily life of the old community residents.Based on the theory of new public management,collaborative governance and urban governance,this paper summarizes and summarizes the research results of parking governance in the academic circles at home and abroad,and makes a comparative analysis based on the actual situation of old residential areas in Wenzhou urban area.At the same time,in order to have a more intuitive and visual understanding of the old residential areas in Wenzhou urban area we selected typical old residential areas to visit,and conducted anonymous questionnaires and random interviews to the residents of the old residential areas,so as to master the basic data needed for the research.In the research process,this paper takes the "parking difficulty" problem of old residential areas as the breakthrough point,based on the status quo of old residential areas and parking governance in Wenzhou urban area,focusing on four major issues of parking supply and demand,parking order,parking governance and parking resources,and analyzes the causes in detail and comprehensively.This paper also draws lessons from the beneficial attempts of parking management in Britain,Singapore and Japan,and the effective measures of parking management in Beijing,Shanghai and Hangzhou.Combined with the actual situation of Wenzhou,this paper putsforward four countermeasures to solve the problem of "parking difficulty" in old residential areas in Wenzhou City according to local conditions: first,improve parking management mechanism;second,add new parking spaces;third,regulate parking management Fourth,strengthen green transportation construction.It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide decision-making reference for relevant departments,and provide certain reference for parking management in old residential areas of other cities in China.
