Research On The United Front Work Of The Communication Office Of The Shaanxi-gansu-ningxia Border Region Government

The united front is an important part of Chinese politics and an important part of the party’s general line and general policy.The essence is to solve th e problems of people’s hearts and strength.The united front has played an imp ortant role in the period of social revolution,socialist construction,and reform and opening up.In the Yan’an period,in addition to receiving important guest s,the communication office also carried out a series of fruitful United Front w ork,which played a very important role in consolidating the anti-Japanese nati onal united front,fighting for and uniting democratic people.This study takes the united front work of the government office in the bo rder areas of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia as an object,and discusses the deve lopment of the united front work in the office from four parts.The first part first introduces the background of the establishment of the c ommunication office and its development and evolution.The second part is the focus of this article.The article divides the united front work of the communication office into five major policies and describes them according to different targets.They are the united front policy of "come and go freely";the united front policy of "do good liaison work and strive f or cooperation";the united front policy of "positive propaganda and seek com mon ground while reserving differences";Come here "United Front policy.The third part summarizes the characteristics and historical role of the unit ed front work in the communication office.The characteristics of the united fr ont work of the communication office are reflected in the unity of principle an d flexibility;the unity of consistency and diversity;the unity of long-term and staged.The historical role lies in: uniting the anti-Japanese forces and consoli dating the anti-Japanese national united front;giving preferential treatment to th e middle forces and strengthening the solidarity with non-Party democrats;welc oming international friends and establishing a good international image of the Communist Party;giving full play to the advantages of the work and enriching the party ’s experience of united front.On the basis of the above research,the fourth part of the article summari zes the historical experience of the united front work of the communication off ice and attempts to put forward several practical revelations.Historical experien ce is mainly reflected in: the united front work must adhere to the leadership of the party;the implementation of the united front policy must take the corre ct political line;the united front strategy must take into account both principle and flexibility;to give non-party people a democratic and loose united front e nvironment.The practical enlightenment includes: upholding the party’s leadersh ip and playing the magical role of the united front;practicing the mass line a nd creating a new situation for the united front;strengthening overseas united front work and building a community of shared future for mankind;united fro nt work must be theoretically linked to reality and seek truth from facts.
