| At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced development.People’s needs for a better life are realized by enjoying a more efficient and higher quality life.As the basic unit of social governance and the grass-roots experimental field,the community needs to keep up with the times,adhere to the people-oriented,keep pace with the times,make full use of modern information technologies such as big data to promote the intelligent development of the community,and build a smart urban community to meet the aspirations and needs of community residents for a better life.Based on the new public service theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of the construction of urban smart communities in China,and then discusses the optimization path of the construction of urban smart communities in China in the new era.At present,China’s urban smart community construction has made great achievements,which are manifested in the continuous improvement of community infrastructure,the increasingly standardized and systematic community planning,the increasingly refined and intelligent community management,and the increasingly scientific and democratic community evaluation mechanism.However,there are also some problems in the construction of urban smart community,such as insufficient institutional support,inadequate legal protection of information security,the need to improve intelligent construction and the need to strengthen specialized construction.The main reasons are that the system construction is not in place,the level of rule of law construction is insufficient,the lack of intelligent infrastructure construction affects the level of intelligence,and there are some problems such as the relative shortage of talents and the limited degree of synergy.Therefore,in order to promote the development of urban smart community construction in the new era,we should strengthen the institutional support of urban smart community construction,enhance the level of smart community construction according to law,use capital technology to enhance the intelligent level of urban community construction and strengthen the construction of professional talents,so as to promote the institutionalization,legalization,intelligence and specialization of urban smart community construction,and then realize the modernization of community governance system and governance capacity. |
