| Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important discussions on inspection work,emphasizing the need to establish a working pattern of joint inspection from top to bottom and promote the full coverage of inspection with high quality.Carrying out inspections at the county level is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee to uphold the leadership of the Party at the community level,strengthen Party building,and comprehensively govern the Party with strict discipline.In the Regulations on Inspection Work of the CPC issued by the CPC Central Committee in 2017,the CPC further made clear requirements on the overall requirements,basic principles,structure of institutions and teams,scope and objects of inspection,and contents of supervision for inspection work at cities and counties.In order to realize the full coverage of inspection and inspection and promote the extension of inspection and inspection to the grass-roots level,Hebei Province promotes the full coverage of inspection in an all-round way.This paper takes X County of Hebei Province as an example to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the inspection work at the county level.The inspection work emphasizes the prevention in advance and pays attention to the participation of the masses;The supervision object of inspection is specific,the supervision content of inspection is specific and the supervision means of inspection is diverse.The inspections focused on the word "politics," while the inspections focused on finding political deviations in the Party organizations being inspected.The starting point of inspection work is to find problems,and the foothold of inspection work is to solve problems.Practice has proved that inspection and supervision have played an effective role in promoting the reform of the system,promoting anti-corruption and building a clean government,and strengthening the construction of the cadre team,which is of great significance to the improvement of intra-Party supervision.In this paper,the city and county inspection work carried out the analysis,at present,the provinces,autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the Central Government to expand the inspection work to the grass-roots level,continue to extend the coverage to the grass-roots level,gradually formed a "provincial overall planning,city promotion,county responsibility,township,village and county related functional departments rectification" work pattern.But in general,the county inspection is still in the stage of exploration and improvement,there are some problems and deficiencies,some related systems and mechanisms are still not sound,some inspection quality is not high,some mobilization of the masses is not enough,some implementation of rectification is not in place.Need to combine the actual serious analysis and study,take effective measures,promote the inspection work and ensure the results of the work.The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of power restriction and inner-party supervision.The county inspection work is studied by means of investigation,literature study,theory and practice.The relevant theories of the current county inspection work are sorted out,the development course and main tasks of county inspection are summarized,and the connotation of county inspection work is carefully studied and analyzed.This paper briefly introduces the general situation of conducting inspection in cities and counties in China and Hebei Province,and the main methods of conducting inspection in X County.Then the county inspection work is summarized,the county inspection work has introduced a series of work system,perfect and perfect inspection work mechanism,laid a solid foundation for work;Adhere to high quality inspections to ensure solid progress in the coverage of inspections;Strengthen the use of inspection results,through a variety of ways to focus on the rectification of inspection;To improve the comprehensive quality and professional ability of the inspection staff,and to provide human resources protection for the development of the inspection work.Based on the analysis of the inspection results achieved in X County,this paper systematically summarizes and sorts out the inspection work carried out at the county and city levels by searching for literature and carrying out questionnaires.Focusing on the main responsibility,system construction,work quality,inspection and rectification,the use of results,team management and other aspects of the county inspection work to carry out research and existing problems,summed up the county inspection work of the common
