Research On County-level Food Safety Supervision Mechanism Under The View Of Local Government Governance

The country is based on the people,the people take food as the heaven,and food comes first.Food safety affects related food companies on the one hand,and is closely related to the health of the masses on the other.Food safety has become a major basic livelihood issue,a major economic issue,and a major political issue.With the development of the economy and society,people's pursuit of solving the problem of food and clothing has gradually risen to the need to eat well.In the context of institutional reform,food safety supervision has ended its stage of management,and a market supervision bureau has been formed,with other relevant departments as the subsidiary.Promoting the modernization of national governance capacity and the governance level is a major strategic task at present.With the in-depth study of the county-level food safety supervision mechanism,it will help promote the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,improve the county-level food safety supervision level,and promote co-governance with society to ensure safe food consumption.Based on the perspective of local government governance,this paper uses governance theory,collaborative governance theory,and holistic governance theory as the basis.It adopts the main research methods such as literature research method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method,and case analysis method.The four dimensions of governments,producers,consumers,and social organizations are the starting points.An analysis of the existing problems in food safety supervision of Yongren County,a sample of the study,points out that there is a lack of government supervision capacity at the county-level food safety supervision,and consumer food weak awareness of safety,lack of producer awareness of integrity management,inadequate laws and regulations.In order to protect the safety of the people's tongues,adhere to the first line of defense of food safety supervision,refine and extend the research of county-level food safety supervision mechanisms,propose the establishment of a long-term mechanism for food safety supervision,improve theability of food safety supervision.There are feasible countermeasures and suggestions on improving food safety related laws and regulations,constructing a supervision network,and realizing social Co-governance.Only by analyzing and judging the problems existing in food safety supervision,formulating countermeasures,strengthening food safety work,and improving the level of food safety supervision,can we provide the people with a comprehensive food safety environment from farmland to the dining table.
