An Analysis Of Chen Yun’s Anti-corruption Thought In The Early Stage Of Reform And Opening Up

The issue of Party style is related to the survival of the Party,and the work of anti-corruption and clean government has been attached great importance to since the establishment of the Communist Party of China.After the Third Plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,China implemented the opening to the outside world.With the advancement of reform and opening up,various corruption phenomena are breeding and spreading,and the Party’s anti-corruption work is facing unprecedented challenges.Moreover,the damage caused by the Cultural Revolution to the Party has not been completely repaired.In this context,as an important member of the second generation of the party and the country’s leading collective,Chen Yun constantly explores the strengthening of the party’s anti-corruption work from the institutional level,and gradually forms his institutional anti-corruption thought.In the history of party building,Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early stage of reform and opening up is unique and makes great contribution.At present,our country is in the key period of deepening the reform comprehensively,so it is of great significance to study and study the anti-corruption thought of Chen Yun system in the early stage of reform and opening up,for improving the party’s ruling ability,realizing the modernization of party governance,and promoting the socialist modernization construction with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of fully absorbing the existing research results in the academic circle,this paper analyzes and studies Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early stage of reform and opening up by means of literature research,historical research and comparative research.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part investigates the formation and development of Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early period of reform and opening up,and analyzes the social and historical conditions of the formation of Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early period of reform and opening up from two aspects of the time background and theoretical origin;The second,third and fourth parts take the system as the entry point,and according to the thinking of building an anti-corruption system that does not want to,cannot and dare not to corrupt,discuss the contents of promoting the institutionalization of the education of party style and clean government,perfecting the corruption control and supervision system,and strengthening the construction of corruption punishment and accountability system in Chen Yun’s institutional anti-corruption thought in the early stage of reform and opening up.The fifth part discusses the evaluation of Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early stage of reform and opening up.Based on summarizing its main characteristics and summarizing its practical results,it expounds the contemporary value of Chen Yun’s anti-corruption thought in the early stage of reform and opening up.
